Why can't I log in to Track?

You can access Track after you have paid for and submitted your application, and we have processed your details and sent you a welcome letter.

If you're still completing your application or if you're waiting for your referee to provide a reference, please go to the Apply login page.

If you've received your welcome letter, you can access Track - use the Personal ID number and username which are at the top of your welcome letter, and the password you chose when you registered to use Apply.

Try typing in the login details in rather than copying and pasting them from another screen. If you are still experiencing difficulties in accessing Track, use the login reminder service on the Track login page to request your password to make sure that the one you're using is correct.
