Neither the software materials, nor all or any part of the data contained on the CD-ROM or web site may be copied, added to, adapted, translated, decompiled or recompiled, reverse engineered or transferred (whether electronically or otherwise) onto any other computer system or medium, except as specifically provided for in this document.
UCAS Media Ltd makes no representation, warranty or condition that all or any part of the information on the Course Discover compact disc, or the software materials which go with it, or the web site are up to date, complete or error free. UCAS Media Ltd cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the reliance on information contained on the CD-ROM or web site, or use, misuse or malfunction of the Software Materials or the CD-ROM or web site itself.
UCAS Media Ltd reserve the right at any time to change, modify, or update the software needed to gain access to and read Course Discover. UCAS Media Ltd shall be entitled to require the return of this and all other CD-ROMS containing Course Discover and terminate access to the web site if you infringe the copyright or other rights of UCAS Media Ltd, or in any way breach this agreement.
The information contained on the CD-ROM and website may not be assigned, licensed, sold or transferred to any third party by any physical or electronic means. This agreement shall be governed in all respects in accordance with English Law.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material contained within the Unistats section is owned by HEFCE. The user of Course Discover may access any part of the Unistats section of Course Discover and download or copy material. The copyright in such material shall be retained by HEFCE. Copying, distributing or any use of the materials contained in the Unistats section of Course Discover for any commercial purpose is prohibited. You may not create a database by systematically downloading any part of the Unistats section of Course Discover.

Compact Disc - Network Licence - Single Site
The Course Discover Compact Disc is protected and may not be displayed except on a standalone, single screen computer system using the software materials or on a single site local area network (LAN). If you wish to use this CD-ROM and /or the Software Materials on any other computer system, you must first obtain the written consent of and UCAS Media Ltd.
As a subscriber to Course Discover Compact Disc, you may print out, or copy to your computer disc, a single copy of course lists or course records so long as any such copy is for your own personal or internal corporate use only.

Internet Licence
The Course Discover website and all information contained upon it is copyright UCAS Media Ltd.
The licence is per site and thus cannot be linked to an intranet. Multi-site licences can be negotiated with UCAS Media Ltd.
As a Course Discover subscriber you may print out or copy to your computer disc a single copy of course lists or course records so long as any such copy is for your own personal or internal corporate use only.
The sale or reproduction of any of the information contained on the Course Discover website is forbidden.

- The address to which all discs, including updates, and correspondences will be sent is the one appearing in the box entitled 'Name and Address of Licensed User'.
- If the invoice address is different from the Licensed User Address, please fill in the details of the person to whom the invoice will be sent in the space provided.
- You have 30 days from the date of invoice to cancel the subscription and receive a full refund. After this time it will not be possible to cancel a subscription. Upon cancellation all software and documentation must be returned to Course Discover, Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL52 3LZ
- No CD updates will be despatched if full invoice settlement has not been made within 60 days of date of invoice.
Internet access will be terminated if full invoice settlement has not been made within 60 days of date of invoice. - Subscription expiry date: this is completed by UCAS Media Ltd on receipt of your order. Your subscription will expire twelve months after the first of the month in which this subscription is commenced.
- Subscription renewal is not automatic; to renew your subscription it will be necessary to return a completed renewal form. If renewal notification has not been received your access to the software and website will be terminated.
- Authorisation details are for the sole use of students and staff at the subscribing site and should not be provided to any other person, site or organisation.
Subscription No: Your subscription number is a unique number that is allocated by Course Discover. Please use this number in all correspondence and/or telephone enquiries.
